What is the PTA?
The PTA, or Parent Teacher Association, at Jefferson Elementary is a community-driven organization affiliated with the Washington State PTA (WSPTA) and the National PTA. Comprising parents, teachers, and staff, the PTA collaborates to support and enrich the educational experience for all students at the school. It serves as a vital link between families and the school, promoting engagement, unity, and educational excellence.
When does the PTA meet?
The Jefferson Elementary PTA has General Membership meetings all school year long, usually the 3rd Thursday of every month. Meetings are held in the Jefferson Library and there is child care for school aged children provided.
Meetings last one hour and you do not have to be a PTA member to attend. We hope that you'll check out our calendar of meetings and events. See you at a meeting soon!
